We don’t just repair XTI drain camera systems either. Our experienced engineers can restore most models of drain camera equipment to their former glory. However, if the problem is terminal, we’ll advise you on the best replacement or upgrade we have on offer, but there is absolutely no obligation to purchase from our range.

What to do if you have a problem...
Call 0161 652 1393, email info@xtiltd.co.uk or complete our contact form. Provide us with an indication of the fault and the address of where to collect your equipment from. We will immediately contact our courier partner and they’ll be with you within one working day, or if you call us before 10am it could be the same day depending on your location.
Once received, we will assess the drain camera system and provide you with a full written diagnostic report to explain the extent of the problem and a fixed quote for carrying out the repair. If you authorise us to undertake the work, most repairs can be completed within one working day and returned to you on a next day courier service.

If you’re nearby our facility in Lees, Oldham, would like to bring your equipment to us and wait while we evaluate the fault and carry out the repair, no problem. Let us know when you call or email and we’ll advise whether this is possible. If it is, we’ll have the kettle on, point you towards the best butty shop in the village or tell you where to head for a scenic walk.
